Inspire, enthuse, enable
We promote the education and performance of music for people under the age of 25 years who are socially and economically disadvantaged by:
• We create interactive projects to inspire and enhance lives
• We provide professional musicians and educators for the purpose of education, performance and composition
• We mentor and providing sponsorship schemes to enable young people to fulfil their potential
• We give direct financial assistance in the form of grants and subsidies.
• Enthusing young people to value music performance is a core element in their personal, social, educational and family lives
• Performance and preparation for performance play a significant role in building confidence and healing damaged lives; it empowers young people and contributes towards gender equality, especially in low-income countries
• Performing music requires discipline and a level of conscientious commitment, creating transferable skills particularly for those facing difficulties or challenging circumstances
• Everyone has a creative voice and can be taught to use it, thus developing mental and physical skills which can be adapted to any environment or culture
• Our work provides a platform for using and developing communication skills
• Privilege comes with responsibility and and it is our responsibility to encourage every young person to fulfil their potential

Paul has enjoyed a professional career as a trumpet player covering many musical genres and styles. He has been a principal player at the Royal Opera, Covent Garden, BBC National Orchestra of Wales and many other leading UK orchestras. Paul’s career now spans both Thailand and the UK, teaching and coaching at Shrewsbury International School and Chulalongkorn and Silpakorn Universities, Bangkok. He is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Music and a member of the International Artist Advisory Council of Mahidol College of Music, Thailand. Julie Edwards, Creative Learning
After studying voice, violin and music education at Newton Park College, Julie continued to develop her vocal and choral studies as a soloist, consort singer and choral director. She has set up and developed thriving music departments in a variety of British and International schools, as well as leading music education projects in Hong Kong,Uganda and Kuwait. From August 2019 Julie was Director of Choral Music at Shrewsbury International School, Bangkok. She now teaches voice and piano as well as directing several children’s choirs. Julie is passionate about the power of music to empower and transform young lives. Ratima Pawaphuchakay, Creative Producer
Ratima Pawaphuchakay holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education, specialising in Clarinet, from Chulalongkorn University. With a passion for both music and User Experience Design, she obtained certifications in UX Design from Google and a Teacher Diploma from the University of Helsinki in 2022, marking her transition to a full-time role as a Creative Producer. Ratima is dedicated to creating engaging music experiences that enable audiences of all ages to appreciate classical music through mixed media. She also works as a Creative Producer at LittleLot Co., Ltd., based in Bangkok, Thailand.
